Types

Marble floor tiles are dense limestone treated through heat and pressure. Good for bacteria control and allergens as well as pathogens as they prevent them growing on the surface.
Granite is durable and easy to care for, however they are often polished to bring out the depth of color so ensure that if using a larger tile larger than 4×4 inches then makes sure it is honed so you won’t slip.
How to add interest to a floor tile design
Using colored floor tiles you can add interest by creating a border using a different color or even. No reason not to use a different color at random or uniformed so as to give a little twist. Even could use different sizes using different colors.
Using a colored grout to contrast is a nice idea just to take away the plainness of a same color floor tile.
